Mind is blown. I made bread today for the first time in my life. How did I get to this many years old and I have never baked bread? As someone that loves cooking it’s just bizarre. I guess I always put it into the all too hard basket. 🤦‍♀️ I am now beating myself up thinking about all the years I’ve missed eating home made bread 🍞 🥖 Taking myself to the Library tomorrow toots sweet and borrowing every book on bread baking on the shelves.
